Riffles and Runs B&B offers a beautiful and cozy stay in a convenient location close to State College. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the hosts, Connie and Steve, are friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the lovely dining room, with options like the Creme Brûlée French Toast and quiche. The B&B is also close to a beautiful park and conveniently located near all the attractions in Happy Valley.
The only downside is that there was no mention of a specific view from the rooms.

Absolutely loved my stay at the cozy and welcoming bed & breakfast! The homemade cookies and delicious breakfast were the perfect touch. The location was ideal, with easy access to both the city center and beautiful parks. I especially appreciated the clean and well-stocked bathrooms and the warm, friendly hosts. A wonderful weekend getaway that exceeded all expectations.

The cozy and charming house where we stayed was the best part of our trip. The breakfast was well worth waking up for every morning; it was delicious, varied, and gave us all the energy we needed for our day. The location was ideal since it allowed us to explore the surroundings' beautiful nature and the small town's fascinating landmarks. , the house's owners were lovely and made us feel at home.
There is nothing negative to say about our experience. Even the occasional noise from the nearby road didn't affect our sleep.

My stay in Happy Valley was amazing thanks to the convenient location of this cozy bed and breakfast. It was close to everything around the State College area and the beautiful park. The rooms were spotless, and the hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and all amenities were conveniently provided.
There was a bit of noise from the nearby street, but it was bearable.
